Editing a picture of my band
in the picture, our singer has a henna design on her arm. Due to the scaling-down of the band in the picture, it looks like it’s just some lines. So I’m (very subtly) replacing it with a Trollface design.

So it would seem...
that the formula for badass guitar tone is guitar -> Line 6 Pod/Fractal Audio Axe-Fx -> Mesa/Boogie head/amp and the formula for badass bass tone is bass -> Line 6 Bass Pod -> Hartke amp -> 8x10 cab. Not complicated. Just expensive.

It’s pretty fucking awesome how much my bass tone sounds like Dave Ellefson’s. I’m pretty sure it’s because of the EMG pickups, but I could be horribly wrong since mi padre’s bass has a completely different sound from mine and he’s got EMGs too.
